2.2 Athlete Community & Intro Quiz

When registering for the Alsano Ventures Athlete Community, we collect the following data:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

 

This data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Registration and administration of your membership in the Alsano Athlete Community

  • Delivery of your quiz results and learning resources

  • Communication related to the programme

 

Your data will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.

 

2.3 Contact Form

When you send us a message via our website or our processors contact form, we store your name, email address, and the content of your message in order to process your enquiry.

 

3. Service Providers (Data Processors)

For the technical delivery of certain services, we engage the following processors, with whom data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR have been concluded:

 

Riddle Technologies AG (Quiz Tool)
For the delivery of our interactive quiz formats, we use Riddle Technologies AG, Switzerland. During the quiz registration process, your name and email address are also processed by Riddle. Riddle acts exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

 

Wix.com (Website Hosting)
Our website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. When you visit the website, technical data (e.g. IP address, timestamps) is processed at server level.

 

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data is based on the following legal grounds:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): for registration for the Athlete Community and Intro Quiz

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): for anonymised website analysis

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): for processing contact enquiries

 

For users in Switzerland, processing is additionally governed by the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP, in force since 1 September 2023).

 

5. Retention Periods

We store your personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose:

  • Community registration data: until you withdraw your consent or submit a deletion request

  • Contact enquiries: until the enquiry is resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply

  • Anonymised website analytics data: in accordance with the respective configurations of Google Analytics/Matomo
